There are some celebrity couples who appear to be a match made in heaven and make even the likes of reeves and Mortimer look like a bad double act! Take Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, for example. Despite all the controversy that accompanied their initial romance, and all of the bad press spread around by those close to Jennifer Anniston, the couple have proved all their doubters wrong by becoming parents multiple times over while also continuing to dominate at the box office. Similarly, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, who have recently welcomed their fourth child into the world, appear to have never been happier.

However, the same cannot be said about some celebrity couples. Let’s take a look at a few celebrity pairings who have made us do double takes in the past.

Let’s start with Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl. Not to appear shallow, but the oddness in this one is all in the height difference. If you’re a female model standing proud at over 6ft, why look to a musician barely scraping the heights of 5ft 4in who looks 12 years old? It’s certainly a weird pairing, but one that appears made to last the distance.

Back in the day, the celebrity pairing of Tom Cruise and Cher rocked the gossip-hungry world. Cher was 39 years of age and dominating the music business when she hooked up with a 23-year-old Cruise, still making his way in Hollywood in the early days of his career. Many thought this would break Cruise’s career, but the pairing certainly didn’t seem to do him any harm!

Top of the list of weird celeb couples, however, is the pairing of Chris Evans and Billie Piper. When Piper broke onto the singing scene as a youngster, the last person you would have expected her to marry in Las Vegas was a man with ginger hair and an appalling dress sense. Stranger things have, however, happened in the odd old world of celebrity.

So, they’re back and the “Sex and the City” is still a hit. The premiere was held on May, 24 at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, and the red carpet was bursting with high style. And the four main actresses didn’t disappoint their adoring, style-savvy public: each of them, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon.

Cynthia, in London for the first premiere of “Sex and the City,” told The Mirror that she would love to marry Christine: “It’s something my girlfriend is interested in and it was not something my boyfriend ever was.

I think that to get married to her would be a little act of rebellion. It’s like if you’ve never had the vote and then you get it you’re going to run out there and vote.”

She also said that she’s never been in love with a woman before, , “I had been with men all my life and I had never met a woman I had fallen in love with before. But when I did, it didn’t seem so strange. I don’t define myself. I’m just a woman in love with another woman.”

Comedian and talk show co-host Rosie O’Donnell no longer has to remain sad about being single, she has a new love interest. Rosie O’Donnell is speaking out about life with her new girlfriend, Tracy Kachtick-Anders, who just days ago, she confirmed she is dating.

“Did anybody hear I have a new girlfriend?” Rosie laughed on her “Rosie Radio” show on SIRIUS XM on Monday.The two were spotted by the paparazzi holding hands in Miami on December 29 and Rosie revealed the headlines her new relationship has generated were a surprise.

“I felt like Madonna for a moment. Truthfully I’m not really that kind of famous where people follow me,” Rosie said.

“Odd,” Rosie said. “It’s only happened to me when I’ve been with [Madonna] to tell you the truth… or when I went… to Tommy Mottola’s wedding… because he married Talia, this huge star in Latin America and going into that wedding was like nothing that I have ever experienced before in my life.”

“But aside from her [Madonna], everyone else I know who’s famous doesn’t really think they’re as famous as they are, including me,” Rosie continued. “I had no idea that it would be on CNN. Breaking news… It’s odd for me…and quite odd for Tracy.”

Rosie, who blogged over the holidays that she was happy in her new relationship, described Tracy, an artist and mother of six, as a “lovely, lovely, lovely person” on her show.

“We have come to a point where we are seeing [if] what will make everyone happiest is maybe to not live together, but continue to parent,” Rosie previously told Howard Stern for “The Howard Stern Show.” “We have different styles of living. I’m very messy. She’s very not.”

“I thought you two we’re going to make it,” Howard’s sidekick, Robin Quivers, said.

“I did too, honey,” Rosie replied.

Well, who is Marc Mezvinsky? Searching through the Internet you can discover a lot. For instance that his father, Edward Mezvinsky was served as a congressman from Iowa for two terms in the ’70s, later he was famously sentenced to prison for around seven years. According to blog from ABC News, Ed Mezvinsky was found guilty of fraud “after getting caught up in a series of Nigerian email scams.”. It’s noted that Mr. Mezvinsky didn’t actually conduct the scams, but he did attempt to scam others in order to raise money to contribute to the “get rich quick” scheme. Again, according to ABC, Mezvinsky’s mother-in-law was a victim, as were some of his closest friends. After serving several years in prison, the former representative is now a free man.

Marc’s mother, Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky, is also no stranger to the public eye. She herself served as a Pennsylvania congresswoman from 1993-1995. Apparently, her political future took a turn for the worse when she voted to support President Clinton’s budget “after months of publicly voicing her opposition to the bill because it did not contain enough spending cuts.” According to official site from house.gov, Ms. Margolies-Mezvinsky also worked as a television reporter in the 1970s.

Marc Mezvinsky is an investment banker at a Manhattan hedge fund. To all appearances it’s seriously and the wedding is likely to be this coming summer.

Sexy Jerry Hall would never consider dating a much younger man, because she finds large age differences “creepy.” The very tall, very blonde Jerry Hall stormed out of Texas to overwhelm the fashion world in the 1970′s and soon snagged herself Mick Jagger. Then the former Texan supermodel, divorced Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger in 1999 and shares four children with the rock star. Jagger at age 65, is now dating designer L’Wren Scott, 41. But Hall is very adamant that she won’t follow her ex-husband’s lead by dating a much younger lover.

The 36-year-old actor Jude Law has become a father ones again, BBC reports. This is forth child of Jude Law, the mother his older three children is Sadie Frost, whom he divorced after seven years of marriage in 2003.

Law earned Oscar nominations for his roles in 1999 thriller The Talented Mr Ripley and 2003 drama Cold Mountain, now he is playing the lead role in Hamlet in London’s West End and will next be seen on the big screen in October in Terry Gilliam’s The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
